Unplug + unwind with an unforgettable Yoga Holiday in Filipino Paradise!

Dryft away + find yourself in laid-back, island life with our flexible 5 night / 6 day yoga holiday program…where the only things on your to-do list are to breathe a little deeper, move a little slower…and relax fully. This is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from technology, fully immerse yourself in Mother Nature’s tropical playground, and tune in to the natural rhythms of your body, and the island.

Expertly curated to offer you the perfect balance of mindful movement, exploration & adventure, cultural experience, relaxation and play, this retreat proves that good things don’t just come in small packages!

Expect daily yoga classes; tastebud tantalising food; complimentary traditional Filipino massage; an El Nido Islands Boat Tour in breathtakingly beautiful scenery; and plenty of free time to relax on the beach, snooze in a hammock or snorkel in the crystal-clear waters.

Program includes…

Twice daily Yoga classes

Led by our experienced teachers, you will be guided through a practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Our yoga styles include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin and more. All of our classes are suitable for practitioners of any level, from beginner to advanced – modifications can be offered for those less or more experienced. Morning classes tend to be more dynamic, the evening classes are slower flow or Yin.

Traditional Filipino ‘Hilot’ massage

Each guest will have opportunity to indulge in a deeply restorative, full body massage during their stay. ‘Hilot’ is a holistic healing practice that has been passed down for generations in the Philippines. It involves the use of hands-on manipulation, pressure and stretching techniques to release tension, promote relaxation throughout the body and improve the flow of your ‘life force energy’ to promote physical and emotional balance.

El Nido Islands Boat Tour

No trip to El Nido, Palawan is complete without taking opportunity to explore some of the world-famous blue lagoons, limestone cliffs and beautifully preserved tiny islands that this part of the Philippines has to offer!

The Boat Tour experience is a full day adventure, available for you to join on either day 2, 3 or 4 of your Yoga Holiday (to be booked in advance of your arrival). The boat tours are, of course, weather dependant, so should the waves be too choppy, you’ll adventure inland on a tour that can include waterfalls, mangroves, caves and hot springs.

Yoga Nidra

Often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that involves deep relaxation and meditation techniques to assist you in reaching a state of consciousness that is similar to sleep, whilst remaining fully aware.

All you will need to do is lie back in a comfortable position and follow a series of verbal ques and visualisations. Whilst the practice may be simple, the benefits of Nidra are extensive – improved sleep; reduced stress and anxiety; increased creativity and intuition – find deep healing on a physical, emotional and psychological level.
